Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to every enquiry, booking and licence agreement made with Morris Moor Pty Ltd ("Morris Moor", "we", "us"). By submitting an enquiry or booking request through this site, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Enquiries and Bookings

Submitting an enquiry does not guarantee a booking. A booking is only confirmed once Morris Moor issues a quote, that quote is approved, a licence contract is generated, and the contract has been electronically signed by the customer.

2. Fees and Payment

  1. The licence fee and any applicable security deposit are as stated on your booking's contract.
  2. The licence fee is payable prior to the event date via the payment method provided through this system.
  3. Bookings are not considered confirmed until the required fee has been received in full.

3. Security Deposit

Where a security deposit applies, it is refundable after the event, subject to the condition of the licensed area and compliance with these Terms. Morris Moor may deduct from the deposit the reasonable cost of making good any damage caused during the booking.

4. Cancellations

Cancellation requests must be made in writing to Morris Moor as soon as possible. Refunds of any fees already paid are at Morris Moor's discretion and may depend on how close to the event date the cancellation is made.

5. Use of the Venue

  1. The licensed area must only be used for the purpose stated in the booking.
  2. Customers are responsible for obtaining any permits or approvals required for their event.
  3. Morris Moor's reasonable directions regarding site access, parking, noise and safety must be followed at all times.

6. Liability and Insurance

Customers use and occupy the licensed area at their own risk. Customers are responsible for holding adequate public liability insurance for their event, as set out in the licence contract for their booking.

7. Privacy

Information you provide through an enquiry or booking is used by Morris Moor to process that enquiry or booking, and to communicate with you about it. We do not sell your information to third parties.

8. Changes to These Terms

Morris Moor may update these Terms from time to time. The version in effect at the time you submit an enquiry or sign a contract is the version that applies to that booking.
