The Building
A tobacco factory, kept and reworked
The precinct occupies the former Philip Morris factory — a mid-century industrial site whose brickwork, sawtooth roofs and steel trusses were kept rather than cleared. What was a production floor is now an event space; what were loading bays are now entrances.
It gives every room here something a function centre can't manufacture: a building with a past.
